Hida region is located at the Northern city in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. It is known with a tradition of making wooden craft. In HIDA the skill of craftsman were constructing Japanese traditional temple. Later, the technique is used to create our furniture with high craftsmanship. That's skill we continued in making of our products for more than 40 years. Aug 2012   Construction and activate the second factory as the factory finished the remaining product phase for factory 1 : assembly, spraying, packaging….                 In 1962, HIDAKAGU CO., LTD was established in HIDA TAKAYAMA, Gifu Japan. The head office and factory moved to Malaysia in 1991 whereby the trade name changed to HIDAKAGU MANUFACTURING (M) SDN BHD. In October 2001 we invested in Vietnam and whereby established CERUBO CO., LTD. The main export market is to Japan, Korea, Europe and other countries as well. The showroom in Malaysia was set up in year 2006 as HIDA KAGU INTERIOR SDN BHD.                 In 2012 we branded our product as COREO HIDA-TAKAYAMA. COREO means "THIS IS THE ONE", whereby a term used by Japanese when they choosing an item to feel Coreo furniture fits my home and I made a right choice.                 We are pleased to announce the opening of our new branch COREO HIDA-TAKAYAMA VIETNAM  at district 2, Ho Chi Minh in view of the increasing demand of our local customers and to deliver prompt and speedy service to all our patrons.   Motto : Our attitude and value to give CREATIVITY & ORIGINALITY We deliver CREATIVE and ORIGINAL furniture for customers to enjoy comfortable living. My design element is to complement the characteristics of wood to produce a beautiful form using ‘traditional’ Japanese skills. In addition, our design also efficiently prevents waste of materials and components. By doing this, I’m thinking to minimize the cost and distribution to a reasonable price.                 The originality of the design coexists with tradition making our design well loved for a long time. CERUBO originates from the deep roots township of Takumi, in Hida-Takayama, Japan. Our company is well known for designing and producing exclusive wooden furniture using ‘traditional’ Japanese skill. The ‘traditional’ Japanese skill is our speciality as it’s developed for several generations by our craftsmen.
