The company imported the European Industry 4.0 generation of highly automatic Germany Dieffenbacher CPS+ continuous press OSB/FOSB/SPB production line. The main equipments as below: Long chips flakers from Canadian KADANT ; two-section chipper, flakers and Grinder machine from German MAIER; dry flakes super screener from Italian IMAL PAL; Super atomized drum glue mixer, glue mixing system, 5-head multi-functional paving machine, CPS + continuous hot press with cooling section from German DIEFFENBACHER; Online thickness detection system, Bubble detection system, automatic spark detection and extinguishing system German GreCon,; Swiss STEINEMANN sander; Austrian Schelling intelligent cutting system.
