Q: What’s your MOQ?
A:200pcs for one colour of the chair, 50 pcs for one size of the table.

Q: Is the sample provided for free?
A: Normally we charge 3 times the sample fee and return twice in the new order.
The freight is covered by the buyer.

Q: Can Kingnod do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM according to your photo or design.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Plastic products will 15-20 days, glass products will be 30-45 days and wood products will be 50-60 days after receiving the
deposit, except for CNY new year holiday.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C at sight. Payment through bank transfer is preferred. Payment via West Union and Paypal are also ok.

Q: How many items can be mixed into one carton?
A: For repeat orders, 5 items are allowed into 1 container. For trial order, exceptions can be given.

Q: How long was Kingnod been in furniture line?
A: We have been exported for 11 years with an annual export of $5 million now. Our capacity now is $10 million a year.
